Reading a misbehaving system in three minutes flat

Wendell came on as a contract commissioning engineer in 2019, after thirty-five years as a state plumbing inspector. He runs the weekend rota and is the second signature on commissioning visits for every system that ships with snowmelt. He has been to more mechanical rooms in southwest Montana than anyone we know, and the binders are better for his eye on them.

Always open to a conversation.

The shop is six. We are not actively hiring as of the publication of this almanac, but we are always open to a conversation with experienced hydronic technicians in southwest Montana, with apprentice candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to spend Saturdays on cold-snap rota, and with designers who can read a Manual J and a Caleffi spec sheet in the same afternoon.

Send a short note to hiring@headwatershydronics.example, or stop by the shop on a Friday after 14:00. We will be at the workbench, and the coffee will be on.
